Bracker's Good Earth Clays, Inc. Returns Policy
We accept returns for in-store credit or exchange only.
A minimum 15% restocking charge may be levied when the order was filled correctly following the customer’s instructions and return is requested by the customer. Please take the time when you receive your order to verify that it is correct immediately upon arrival. If you have a question or problem with any shipped or delivered order, notify us within 10 days of receipt of your order to make appropriate, authorized arrangements for return. A return authorization number must accompany any returns or exchanges. Returns made without an authorized number will be refused. Returns need to be made with the receipt within 30 days for store credit only. No monetary refunds. We reserve the right to determine the validity of exchanges and returns.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you credit or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. A 15% restocking fee will apply.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are considered:
- Product with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your returned item.
If you are approved, then in-store credit minus the 15% restocking fee will be issued.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping item(s) over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
