Shipping, Backorders, & Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery with receipt for in store credit. If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Please note that our website does not run what is called "Live Inventory." Since shoppers around the world may place an order at anytime 24/7, backorders are always a possibility.
We do our best to plan and stock adequate inventory, but it is impossible to predict the popularity and/or availability of any item at a specific time. In the event of a backorder we will send you an email letting you know what items they are and how we are handling your order.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Online shipping calculators are only as effective as the data they rely on to calculate shipping cost. We're continually working to refine those details, but errors and oversights can happen. If this happens on your order, we'll contact you and together we'll determine the best way to proceed.
When you place an order to be shipped to a location outside of the USA, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
