2 gallons of a Texas Talc-based lowfire white liquid casting slip, packaged in a plastic bag inside a box.
You should not need to add anything extra before using the slip, but it would be beneficial to use a mixer in the same way you'd shake a bottle of glaze before using. The longer the slip sits after being made by us, the more likely you'll need to blend it due to settling. If the slip is still very thick after using a mixer for 5 minutes or so, you might need to add a little water. Keep in mind a few drops of water can make a HUGE difference and it's always easier to add more water than it is to remove it when you add too much water. We strongly recommend that you don't add sodium silicate, Darvan, or another deflocculant without first attempting to adjust it with just water.
Specific gravity range for this slip is 1.70 to 1.76.
