We are committed to providing you with the best service we can despite supply chain challenges. We will not cancel any backordered item under $15.00, unless that is your preference. We try hard to honor the "first come first served" policy when product arrives, so you can be certain that we are tracking your items and keeping tabs on what we owe to whom and in what order.
Feel free to include comments in your order to help us better help you, such as "i'd be interested in hearing about substitutions to fill my order if something isn't available" or "cancel anything you don't have in stock and ship what you have as quickly as possible" or "if you think something on my order is coming in in the next few days, please hold and ship complete..or as complete as is reasonable in the near future."
